Hey all. Havent been in for while, and wanted to share what id been up to. I finally ditched the hta68 and went on to my next set up. Myself and lucas have been wanting to do a stock frame evo set up on the auto for quit a while. After a bit of mulling it over, we decided to move foward and test out a EvoX hta green. English Racing custom fabed me a twin scroll mani with a evo flange. Also made a new dump/exh pipe set up. changed up the injectors and we mounted up the EvoX Green FF set up. I went out and tested it for spool up on the stock converter (restall) and it hits just as fast as the hta68. Boost was 22-23 with 15degree max timing. I was able to do back to back 10.1's all day. Well, myslef and Zach from ER went out for a track rental at woodburn dragstrip today so i could my licence passes. this was with the hopes the set would do it
. Well, we didnt want to push it to the max since the set up is fresh but we ended with 27psi spiking 29 and still 15degree max timming. Forgive the average 60' times, no prep on the track so i was not able to cut my typical 1.41-1.42 60's. still a great day, and had tons of fun. Still have room to turn it up if i want to get nutty. Thank you Englishing racing for going outside the box and building me a sweet set up. I will get some pics of the set up tomorrow and post them. Anway here is what i ended the day with....
