First off, I recently installed a 91-94 60mm TB onto my 99 GSX. I transferred my TPS and ISC from by stock TB to the new one like I was supposed to. I use Evoscan 2.8 for data-logging and at wide open throttle, the TPS % is only reading 94%. I thought this might effect my WOT fueling so I adjusted it while logging with Evoscan, so that at WOT it just reads 100%. Now it reads 16.4% at idle which is apparently too much for the car to idle properly and cut the injectors out when decelerating. Is there a way I can have my car idle fine and have my TPS read 100% at full throttle? I assume it did not hurt me too much at the track reading 94% because I tied my best time, but I was hoping for an improvement. Thanks.

Its fine if your tps percentage is around 94% so long as reads between 90% to 100% on your datalogger. There is no proper way to adjust this without having your idle position switch correctly set.

Ok. I think I'm gonna just adjust it so I can get as close as possible to 100% while still trigger the idle position switch.
