ok heres da deal, i think that my alternator is going bad because basically when i was backing out of my driveway, i turned on the heater, which made my car die. i also was on the freeway and i my car just died, but all the dashboard lights were on, and then i just started it back up again. so finally my car wouldnt start yeaterday, because no juice was in the bat. so i jumped it and it started it, but it cranked up a little weak. so i left my car on for 10 mins and took the cables off, and tried to turn on the fan, when i did that i almost died out again. so tonight my car was sitting for a whole day put jumpers on it 2nite, and the bi*** wouldnt start. when i try to start it up its just clicking really fast like a machine gun, and the light are flickering as fast as the car clicks. so tell me what the hell is wrong wid this car. PLEASEEEEEEEEEE.

thanks steve
ps:the bat should of had a lil juice in there from when i started it with jumper on the nite b 4 rite. if it didnt get charged a lil bit, is that a sign that the alternator is goin?

Most likely...Its really no big deal though. Just go buy it from Advance or Napa only have to buy it once from then on.

Gotta love the lifetime warranty. ;)

so just makin sure ur talkin about the alternator, so all the rest that i wrote can just be that the alternator, is not recharging the bat, and that there is a lil juice left in the bat, but not enough to start the car, do the the alternator goin bad, i also mentioned my starter, could that be it to, or jus the alternator

Yes, its most likely just the alt. Take it off and go have it tested. Sadly it can kill a battery pretty fast. So you will probably have to have a new one of those as well.:( I doubt its the starter. The belt is still intact isnt it? Just a thought.

does your car want to die at stop lights when its just sitting, and the only way to keep it running is to rev your engine, if those are anysymptoms its alternator going bad, not out yet though, had it happen a couple times on different cars, manuals only though, cant rev to spin the wheel that is starting to go, anyways, just get anew alternator and make sure its lifetime warrenty, gotta love it,
peace
