problem with my 1g 7 bolt swap into my 2g

Ok so I just finished doing my 1g 7 bolt swap into my 2g and it isn't running correct. I'm not sure what is wrong but the car doesn't run anywhere when the turbo kicks in. You can hear the turbo spooling up and everything but the car doesn't go anywhere. It actually picks up a little better like at half boost. Also at 1st start up the car idles high like around 2500-3000rpms like every start up even though the car is warmed up. What do you think the problem is? It also smells like gas when the car is stopped. Thanks

Boost leak.

Sounds like your running rich due to a boost leak like ^ said.

I will defently check for a boost leak but does anyone have like some sort of a diagram on where all the hose should run to from like the bov and the actual turbo and all that stuff just to make sure that all the hoses are correct.

Is there anything I had to readjust or tune after I did the swap? Like should the fuel and air ratio be fine and everything with the 1g CAS and all that stuff?
