I am trying to remove my stock exhaust and install an apexi n1 catback exhaust and a t-pros downpipe. The problem I have is removing the stock downpipe from the o2 sensor housing shown in the pic. I am using a thin walled deep socket, but the nut won't seem to budge. My cousin thinks that since the exhaust gets very hot, the screw might of welded to the downpipe. I'm not sure if this is true. Did any of you have this problem when you changed your exhaust? I need some advice on how to fix this problem. Thanks.

Hey guys I finally finished installing the exhaust. looks and sounds pretty good. Thanks for your guy's help. :thumb:

I took the bracket off. I used an extension on the handle for the socket and got it off.
