Exhaust Problem

My O2 housing bolts keep coming loose off the back of my turbo. I have even torqued them down to 80ftlbs and used loctite. The question is though my boost builds really slow and the car runs like crap when they are tight. When they loosen up it runs like a totally different car obviously with an exhaust leak though. I have no cat and some knockoff aftermarket exhaust. Do you think the exhaust could be plugged up or something? What are some other signs of a plugged up exhaust?

There could be a leak in the manifold. And the gasket maybe need to be replaced.

Oh ok I read that a little wrong. I seen that you were building boost slowly so that's why.

When are you hitting full boost? And at what psi? Stock t25?

Try putting a locking washer on with the locktite on the threads as well. Maybe the O2 is too deep....

20g only turned up to 12psi for now until I get the rest of the mods. With the o2 housing tight and no exhaust leaks boost builds slow with full boost around 4300, with exhaust loose its full boost at 3500

What exhaust housing do you have? If it's a tdo6h it will spool slower than a tdo5h. That actually sounds the slightest bit slow, yet normal for a 20g. Not to mention the stock 02 housing is pretty restrictive, along with the stock downpipe.
Is the crappy aftermarket one you have just a cat back?
