Problem with Auto transmission in Limp Mode

Hi,
I go to get my car yesterday, and the tranny is in limp mode once again...(first time bad tcu) now, I used this site http://www.plymouthlaser.com/tcucodes.htm to get the codes, and it kept givning me S S L S, so by that, I am goin to assume that is code 23, which would be and open-circuited ignition pulse pickup cable...

Anyone got a clue what the hell that is? I have searched here, on talk, and on google, and no posts even include those words is a post...

I am currently trying to reset everything by unhooking that battery for a while, but I doubt that will work...but anyway, does anyone know anything about this? It was running fine before I dropped it off to he window tinters, and I pick it up, and its bein all ### again.

Also, am I doing this right??? Should I be using this as 4 digits added together to get this number, or just three making it like 12 or something???

Are the connections on the transission itself connected?

honestly, I do not know, I would assume so, a I have never touched anything on the tranny as I know absolutely nothing about it...and honestly, I dont really know where the connections are, but I think part of my problem is my TCU, I just cracked this one open, and it appears to have some capacitor damage, and before I pulled it, I tried to get the code again, and couldnt get anything, so that kinda confuses me, but I dunno????

(STEVE I NEED CAPS REPLACED AGAIN...HAHA)
