Problem need help please

Hello

I'm having problems shifting gears. When the engine is not running or at idle, it works fine. When running and as I accelerate, the shifting operation becomes stiffer. Downshifting becomes almost impossible. To make it work, I need to pull on the shifting knob much harder. Sometimes, I have the impression everything is going to blow on me| Any idea or suggestion to overcome this situation?
