:dsm: I bought a 97 spyder off a guy a few weeks ago. Prior to purchasing it, he told me there was a slight problem where when you put the top down, the windows automatically go down, but then only the drivers window will go back up. Now my other three windows are all stuck down. He said they could be possibly out of "time" or out of "sync". He said he got the windows to go back up before shipping me the car, but it was rather difficult. He had to pull all three window switches up, push the button to close the top, and attempt to start the car simultaneously. Has anyone got an idea here? I have called several mitsubishi dealerships and they none seem to have a clue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I tried the fuses, they were OK. I will check the window lock switch next. The guy told me when I bought the car he had to replace "one" of the motors to the top. Is there more than one? Thanks for your help.
