Power steering pulley squeaks only when I start my car

When I start my car my power steering pulley make a few chirping sounds.
It's not from the belt, and I can't figure out why.

Funny thing is that Im having the same problem. I just replaced all my accesory belts, and i hear the noise when im idle

That's different mine only happens for 3sec when I start the car. Put belt dressing on it.
