power steering belt tensioner?

hey guys... im wondering if theres a powersteering pump tensioner...where is it?? thanks in advance..

simple answer: yes there's a tension, its on the power steering pump.


well first you have to turn the pulley till you see till you the 2 bolts inbetween the pulley itself. that loosens the pump, there's another long bolt that pushes against a bracket which tensions it. have fun

On a 1G i don't remember anything other than the three bolts in the pump. Two in the front and the one in the back. You have to tension the belt by prying on the pump and then tightening the bolts.
