power mirror connector

I'm trying to track down the hidden power mirror connector on my 99 GS spyder. My car had power windows and locks from the factory so it should also have the power mirror connector also. Taking off the door panel revels the connectors and wiring for the mirrors but I'm loosing the wires as they go into the car.

Adding power mirrors so I need to connect this up to the switch, apparently its taped up somewhere in the upper part of the dash but does anyone have a picture or a more detailed description of where? I've been under the dash about 10x looking and can't seem to find it.
Is it spidered into the bundle with the cruise and fog light wiring? Maybe behind the gauge cluster?

I think the second picture is from a car that already had power mirrors since its sticking out of the switch hole. I'm going to take the gauge cluster out and see if its behind there.

I tried to take a picture of the harness under the dash, but it was too deep within wires to distinguish anything.
