Power Mirror Fuse Location?

The answer seems to escape me. I have two different manuals (chilton and haynes)
and it doesn't really cover the location just the removal and installation of the mirrors them self. I was trying to post pictures for another thread that has been marked as solved but their instructions have left me scratching my head. I believe I have located the area he was referring to but I am unsure and thus asking for some advice or direction. Anyone ever had this problem before?

Fuse box down by the driver-side foot well. Off to the left by the clutch pedal.

I was under the impression it was up under the dash on the left side of the steering column. Does it share another name in the fuse panel? I haven't seen anything labeled power mirrors or anything to that close to that.
