Before I say anything, I did do a search, and I saw what people suggested what the problem might be.
Whenever I'm driving at night and I decel to a red light and come to a complete stop, my dash lights and headlights start to go dim. Also if I'm sitting at a light, and I press the brake pedal I can see all my lights starting to dim. If I rev the engine all of my lights get bright again and then die down. I thought I needed a new alternator, or my battery needed to be replaced. My mechanic also thought it was the alternator and replaced it. The battery was good to go. After replacing the alternator was replaced, the problem still persists. Terminals were cleaned and are on tight. Him and I are both stumped. The car has 76k .
There are new rear speakers but a stock headunit, and everything else electrical wise is stock.
Any suggestions/ideas?
