I have a few colors I really like.

I like the color of th RWD, which is mercedes blue, and purple. I also love the factory black cherry.

What I did with the AWD race car was had them add a mica flake to it, which really changed it to a lighter, brighter color.

Then my Spyder, which is the stock 2G silver, which is beautiful, it is almost pearlescent.

Did you do any sanding/masking yourself? Or did you just drop the car off at the paint shop, get it painted, and drive away?

Nope, nothing. I just dropped them the keys. They had to do more than is normally necessary because there was some chemical damage to the paint. Apparently there was a local manufacturing company that had a pollution control system malfunction and it ate the paint on a couple of cars.

The paint shop advised me that they were going to sand all horizontal surfaces down to the bare metal and start fresh. This would aleviate the possibility of the marks resurfacing. I didn't mind since the company's insurance was covering the paint.

I think Kensington Grey from a GVR4 is a few shades darker than that.

They are cheaper then that over here, I have seen $2.29 here in Norwich, and they keep going down a few cents every week or so . I agree that Eclipse color looks dead sexy.
To the OP, I don't have a link to this because I haven't seen an pictures of this (only saw one muscle car sporting the paint job) Glossy black with a cinnimon color engine bay from House of Kolor, the two colors just set each other off. I will be doing that, and a "black chrome" powder coating on the engine from FFWD, with cinnimon powder coated IC pipes, and few other pieces. I worked for a guy that owned a body shop for 17 years, and he thought it would look bad, but when he saw that muscle car go by (same one I saw), he said "Damn, that looks great! Thats what you were thinking? I love it!" Wish that guy didn't move, I would have had mine painted for less then $600, he was only going to charge me for materials, just so long as I helped.

I have a 96 Celtic Blue GS-T. It is blue during the day time and it turns a purplish color at night. Its also a stock color.

I normally hate orange, but the Brazen Orange Metallic on the new GTO is just HOT!! I'd bet it would look killer on a late 2nd gen Talon!!
