possible to run 13s on stock turbo?

wondering if it was possible to run 13s on a stock turbo..and if so what would be needed..right now that cars stock with a 1g swap and a bse kit..let me know..prices would be great to thanks

So are you running a 14B or still the T-25 since you did a 6 bolt swap? If so it's possible to run 10s on a 14B and yes you can easily run 13s on a T-25.

well if you go to the 1/4 mile times on your bar, at the top of your screen. you will find it can be done. maybe look at there profile and see what they got it can be done.

-190 fuel pump or 255 if u want to go big
-Injectors
-Turn up the boost 14-15ish psi
-Plugs/wires
-Excellent tuning is always a must
-Could port the turbo
-Port the manifold also
-Best tires you can afford
-And driving skills

You def. don't need all of the stuff in the list above run 13s. All that stuff (and a few more things) should put you in the low 12s. 13s and not hard to accomplish in our cars.

turbo back exhaust will help a lot my car has that 550inj, and a safc and it ok havin't had time to take it to the track

I would agree with all of this,I ran a 13.7 in my AWD talon two years ago with a 14b,full catback exhaust,uicp,intake,and a fuel pump.I am aiming for 12s with my gs-t on a 14b.Obviously i will have more fuel mods and a way to tune it.

Go read. Since you have a 1g motor you'll want to follow that upgrade path for power. This site has a lot of work into it to answer simple questions. Please research your topic first, and then when you still have questions post a thread.

With all necessary mods, what is the max psi can the t25 run and the 14b run? ### i thought the t25 was already at its max and the 14b can be boost up a lil higher.

I ran the 14B at 22LBS, with proper fuel and a FMIC... I'd say thats about the limit. Any more boost, the car wasn't any faster.

I have no experience with the T25. I had a fully ported 14B @ 22LBS and the car felt great, I would say definately in the 13 sec area.

The previous owner of my car ran a 13.5 with my FWD with the stock 14b stock fuel system (no fuel pump rewire), hacked maf, 15 psi, and wide street tires.

I have the time slip to prove it here. . . somewhere. . .

You can get in the 13s on a stock engine. You will need the right driver and maybe a little more boost and some type of manegment system.

is totally stripped. Some of the 13 second T-25s are still streetable. So, it's also about what your intentions are.
