when I bought my first b16g, years ago, the people at extremmotorsports told me to take the divider down some. They said to take it down flush with the 2 small cutouts on each side of it and edge it so it was sharp and slightly angled. Thats what I did and I had great results and have been doing it like that ever since. As far as the collector I always thought you take out the lip inside the whole and smooth it all out.
