alright, first i have a 96 gst with a GReddy 16G and a ram air intake BOV and thats basically it for the motor, anyways i was driving tonight and i kicked it, well when i hit 5000rpms it started kicking, like it wasn't going smooth, someone plz tell me what they think it is. thanks alot for your help

Check wires, plugs, your vacuum lines, your ic piping. Those can all be related to the your car is running.

i just changed my spark wires and spark plugs, does this sound like a boost leak maybe?

Not really relevant to starters question but usually when it has been plug wires as the problem, the kicking would be UNTIL around 5 k...just my .02 goodluck w/ the prob though

what it does is, it's running smooth up until the 5 rpm range than it will feel like your slowing down then it will raise the rpm a little then it will stop, it's weird, nothing i have experienced before until now

how much boost? no fuel managment, injectors? can you say fuel cut?

it's running stock boost, maybe 8-10? i was thinking maybe the fuel filter? or the fuel pump

small 16g, big 16g, evo3 16g? im sure some people know the flow numbers of those turbos and can tell you if those will hit fuel cut at 10psi....
