ok first picture what are those 2 solenoid things for(located underneath the uppper intercooler pipe and throttle body elbow) and second picture i dont know if you can see it but there are 2 hoses underneath my battery tray, one large v. hose and another smaller one, i dont know where these hook up to and im thinking all of these has something to do to as why my car wont start, thanks in advance oh yeah im not sure if these pics will even turn out because i had to resize quite a bit...sorry if that happens in advance...

I would pull the pump and see if someone already changed it. If so, that may be why the gauge doesnt work. Look everything over before you start ordering parts. I have seen a couple of fuel pump swaps end up with the same problems you are having. If it hasnt been changed, I would get a walbro 190lph pump. Better than the stock but you dont have to get an afpr with it. If you decide to get a 255lph pump, it is highly reccomended to add an afpr to compensate for all the extra pressure and fuel supply.

Hey thanks for all the help man, ill post after i get done replacing the pump (im going with the 195) to see if it cured my problem.

I'm confused are you saying to use an AFC computer to compensate or to get a FPR to regulate the pressure down?

ok the good news, i put in the 190 pump today and did bring the fuel pressure back, bad news is it still wont start! wow i dont know what the hell is wrong with this car, the only possible thing i can think of is my ECU went bad, when i checked it the caps werent leaking but did smell a little fishy and had a very small burn/brown spot that didnt go through the other side. Whatever caused my car to not start went out slowly, i have no idea what could gradually break on my car, any ideas?
