Please help with tune

ok, so here are my mods...
running 16psi, would like 20-25, but want to figure whats going on first.
Mild head port
big 16g
550 injectors
190lb/h fuel pump
rewired fuel power lines
3 inch stainless Megan Racing down pipe
3 inch cat
flow-master aluminum rad
dual 10" pusher fans
B&M fuel pressure regulator
accel 900 plug wires
Apex i SAF2 fuel controller
Apex i turbo timer
Auto meter wideband
Auto meter boost , oil and temp gauge
type rs bov, recuirc

so my question is.....what are my best options for having a optimal performance? i know every car difers, just looking for a base setting.
as of now, im running rich under boost, im running rich on low settings.
ill lean out my mixtures and still run rich. any input is greatful

Optimal what is it running now with boost? Have you read the apex manual for settings never used the, just curious.

You have logger? safc can only do so much you might want to run bigger injectors with that turbo and that much boost on a 16g.

im running 15psi now, as for the apexi manual.....dont have one. the safc came with car.
my WB keeps hitting below 10 under boost. then fuel cut. 14-15 at idle.

You have logger? safc can only do so much you might want to run bigger injectors with that turbo and that much boost on a 16g.

i do not have a logger set up right now. cable is installed, just need a serial to usb. but cannot afford the 60$ right now. i just want to be running clean.
and with bigger injectors ill be pushing more fuel than now. iim trying to lean it out.... i watch my WB go from 14.5 down to 10.1(lowest point on WB) then ill hit fuel cut from richness. from what ive been told.

UPDATE
so i set my lo to -10 across, and hi at -20. noticed that i was still running reall rich, so went to -30 across the high settings. seems to be running better. does this sound okay to all you guys?

UPDATE
So I picked up a serial to usb, but when I run the emulator, I get a error code. Any help here would be much appriciated.
