Basically put, my tune is not doing so well and my fuel slider increases seem to do nothing to IDC, AFR, Flow Rate, or anything that has to do with fuel.
My cruise tune stays around 19.X no matter what I do with the fuel.
It's like the injectors ignore any changes I make to the 1000-3500RPM range.
Yet when I'm boosting the injectors start kicking in fine.
Base FP is correct.
The timing is already down -1.
I don't know if I need to do more adjustment to the timing.
I did a log for tonight, it's mostly a highway cruise with some WOT pulls.
I'm still getting some knock because of the high (lean) estimated AFR and I get "random misfire" CEL's about every drive but it's seems like I'm running rich (black smoke when anti-lagging).
I don't really know what else to do but I'm fairly new at tuning via DSMlink so I figured you guys could help me out.
I unfortunately haven't gotten my AEM Uego completely set up (had it for about 2 weeks) yet but I'm getting the bung welded on tomorrow so that should help with the actual AFR tuning since I'm only relying on the "estimated AFR" from DSMlink.

Log is attached.

Also, don't know if this thread should stay in the newb forums (since I don't have many posts) or be in the Tuning & Engine Management forums (since it technically is about tuning).
If any of the mods think this should be moved, please do so, thanks.

Without actually seeing your log it's going to be hard for anyone here to help you out, if you can upload it, please do.
That being said, what does your airflow per rev look like @ idle? You shouldn't be moving the fuel sliders, or timing sliders untill you have the basic set-up finished, (global fuel) Maf comp, deadtimes, and a cruise log to finish your maf comp with. Then you do your WOT pulls and tune accordingly.

When you're that out of whack, estimated AFR means nothing. I did a base tune on a car 2 days ago. The car came in lean as hell on both the wideband (reading "- - -") and showing 18-19AFR while driving down the road. Well obviously it wouldnt run like that so the wideband was bad...and the dsmlink AFR must've been wrong too. Once I got the airflow scaled a bit better and the global fuel and deadtimes set the estimated values got a bit more realistic...

Read some how-to-tune writeups for dsmlink..

Wow, Gofer, I did not even notice that, honest, this thread was towards the top on the un-answered list. CrazyLOL
