Need help with apexi tune please

Hi all. Im looking for some help tweaking my apexi. My car is running 1g 450cc injectors, I have 550 evo's just sitting right now.
My car is running rich and im looking for some info on how to get it leaned out. I DO NOT HAVE a wideband I am looking for one, If I find one ill buy it this weekend. Can anyone give me a general idea of what to set my apexi at for what is done to my car, its running a stock side mount at this time. Thanks for any info even a link to something eles that will help.

Correct the below modifications list if its wrong, this is what I'm seeing from your profile though and I'm assuming this is on your '90 TSi AWD?

- t25 (stock 2g) turbo
- Walbro 255 fuel pump
- Aeromotive AFPR
- Stock 1g injectors​

How do you know your car is running rich since you don't have a WB and when does it do it (idle, cruise, WOT)?

What is your fuel pressure set to on your AFPR?

No changes should need to be made to your SAFC to correct for stock injectors, seems like theres something else going on and pulling fuel with the SAFC would just be a band-aid for it. You could have a bad MAF, CTS, front o2 sensor or too high of fuel pressure to name a few things...

The car doesnt run rich so much at idle but blows black at wot. and a little inbetween. stock turbo yes and the rest is correct.

I said I didnt in the first post. Im looking to get one this weekend. Im curious if someone eles has already done a car like mine tho and had any thought is all.

Gofer, fpr is set at 37 idle. How can I go about checking the maf and cas. Im planing on replacing the maf as soon as I can get my hands on a gm translator.

I'd ditch the translator and do the 2g maf swap.

Find a way to tune the car, get a wideband, when you get the gm maft, and a logger. Checking the maf and cas are they bad, are you getting any cels? You need a way to pull codes if you have cels.
