Need help with tune up

Alright I just got the car about a week ago. Its a 97 gst spyder with 89k miles. The car has been sitting there for the past 2 years without being driven much. What are some basics I should get out of the way? I might give her a few bolt on upgrades but thats it for now. Heres a list I have so far

-Oil (done)
-Coolant
-Plugs
-Transmission fluid?
-Filter
-Check Belts, and hoses

Any addition to my list with be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

-Wires
PCV valve
Fuel filter
air filter
clean out the throttle body
clean out the intercooler
fix any problems before you start modding
transmission fluid ive heard of some people that changed it and it wasnt any better sometimes even worse

Check out this thread... while some of the things mentioned may not need to be replaced, they should ALL be checked.

Ah thanks alot for the maintance list. I did do a search and I couldnt find much about tune ups.
