I need help badly. I have a stock 6 bolt with arp studs and a mls gasket. I have a full v3 link with 3" GM maf. 1680 FIC high Z injectors. -6 from pump to fuel lab regulator. I am running on E85. The problem i am having now the car breaks up at high rpm. I tried leaning it out, and ritchening it up aroung 5500-6000 rpm when i get what feels and sounds like ignition break up. I also switched plugs from bpr6es to br7es to now br8es same problem. the car pulls awesome down low. also i have crazy knock problems when the car gets hot after driving over 30 min with 85-95 outside temp. i maxout the knock res at 15 degree under no engine load, tp at 12-16% engine still into vacuume. i just ordered a new knock sensor to maybe take care of my knock problem. but most of my concern is my tune at high rpm please help me

Those are really large injectors for a stock tsi or gsx. I am running 880 precision injectors and I think they may be too large for my 60 trim.

It looks like your timing needs a little adjusting but this really is in the wrong thread.

Yeah they are pretty decent sized, but i an burning E85 and in the near future I will be putting a 35r or simillar turbo on my car. so I did not want to have to buy injectors 2-3 times for each upgrade I do.

And the timing maps have not been touched yet. from what i have heard with E85 you can pretty much run all the timing you want with no knock. which is why i feel my tune is way off.

Not exactly on the as much timing as you want part. Good way to blow something. What turbo are you running?

Whats your plug gap set to? The fact that your running a certain amount of timing could be causing your problem as well.

Have you tested your e85 content to verify what it really is?

Do you have a wideband? If not, get one and install it right away. On E85, 12:1- 12.5:1 on the wideband at WOT is pretty decent. You need to adjust your global injector sizing so that they will be delivering roughly 30% more fuel with E85 than with gasoline. Without a wideband it is ill advised to try and tune at all. Also, do a boost leak test to verify you have no intake tract leaks. Put the BR7ES plugs back in because 8's arent going to be able to self- clean with your setup on the street. Regarding the timing advance, the factory map seems to be ok-ish for most people on e85 but it wouldnt hurt to maybe take a few degrees out down low, like where the boost first peaks if youre getting knock there.

OK I will put the 7s back in. And yes i have a PLX wide band o2, that I have inputed into the ecu for data logging. And I have adjusted the global and dead time for E85. what i am seeing with the wide band at around 5500-6000 it goes lean but i think it is just ### of the misfire. The knock problem i have the car is under no power at cruse conditions light throttle 10-16% tps. Engine in vacuum no boost at all. I am waiting on a new knock sensor to show up to see if that fixes that problem.

Might not be something you want to hear, but I see a lot of people saying to adjust your ecu with link to not pick up knock at under 30% tps and under 3k rpms.

Also since it looks like your fuel sliders are still zeroed out, your MafComp does not look like its correct for your upper RPMs. If you look at the AFRestimate and your actual WB readings, they are way off from each other. The Ecu is targeting a richer AFR than what you are actually getting. From 3k up you get a big difference between these two. You might want to check into that.
