Ok yesterday out of nowhere my car becomes nearly impossible to shift, grinds in 1st and 3rd and all the other gears are very hard. when I double clutch the shifting gets better but still bad... also when I press the clutch in it makes a clicking noise from the under the dash... the clutch feel however has not changed at all, still feels stiff and normal. Clutch fluid level is exactly between the "full" and "low" line. Anything you can give would be great, this is really weird :(

Have you taken a peek at the master cylinder under the dash? Shine up there with a flashlight and see if you can locate any moisture. A lot of times when master cylinders go they leave you with wet carpet. Another thing to check is the slave cylinder located on the bottom of the transmission. Inspect for leakages there as well.

First question are you running a stock clutch or aftermarket? I had a problem with m comp clutch doing the similar thing. I had to shim the pivot ball on the tranny to fix this problem. If its a stock clutch try adjusting the rod from the master cylinder to the pedal.. that might be the clicking noise your hearing.

stock clutch, when I got under the dash I couldnt see any wetness... Im going to try adjusting the rod behind the spring going into the master cylinder as shown on vfaq and see if that helps... any tips on mking this a little easier, it seems like a bi*** to do....

It sounds like you're letting air into the system somehow. Especially since you said it was somewhat low, Id check the slave now. If no leaks, then adjust, if that doesnt fix it, then bleed the heck out of it.

I adjusted it, no difference... how easy can air get in the system and would it really cause hard shifting like that? Now it wont even go into gear, after adjusting the master cylinder I started the car and couldnt get into any gear at all

I dont think the clutch is doing anything because it feels the same trying to shift without pressing the clutch as using it...
