hey guys currently the car starts and turn over but then dies, i get a cel for the crank position sensor. should i just go ahead and replace the sensor? i dont have any noises whenever the clutch pedal is in. also no noises, ticking, or clanking either, it just have a cel for the crank sensor and it doesnt idle properly. what do u guys suggest to do? u guys think the sensor just took a dump? please let me know. also i have a 95 eprom ecu in there with a keydiver ecu chip. the chip has a programmable stutterbox in it. when i turn the key on, i have the option to set the stutterbox with the boost gauge, currently i cant even do that, also when the key is on the on position the rpm would jump to 3000 rpm or so then would drop when i try to start the motor. plus a/c isnt working. why are all these things going whack? please let me know u guys input. thanks cuong

Thats a scary CEL. Try prying on your crank pulley with a pry bar. You may have crank walk and the movement in the crank has worn your CPS away. Thats the most common reason for the CPS to fail. Good luck!
