Hi, my name is Jose I'm new here and in hopes of some light at the end of tunnel LOL.

Recently I acquired a 95 Eclipse GSX
It's been parked for about 4 years. I re did the fuel pump and got it to start. Now I'm having this issue.

Cylinders 2 & 3 have no spark, I thought it was coil since they are both on the same coil but no success. Car seems to have engine work done to it, Cams, cam gears, bigger turbo. I checked compression to rule out jumped timing but all cylinders check good! I read on igniter IB1 & IB2 is ECU signal & OC1 - OC2 is pulse ground to coils.

I have power at OC1 and OC2 but no pulse. Can anyone suggest where to keep looking? Also it looks like someone added a cam sensor and it goes straight to a plug by the cams

ANY INPUT IS APPRECIATED!
