sorry about posting 2 times but i have owned like 30 of these cars but normally 1st gens well i got a 1995 talon now and i did a 6 bolt swap it starts and will drive but for some odd reason it runs like crap :banghead: it is a complete 6 bolt motor head intake everything when i go to rev it up it gets to like 5 rpms and wont go no higher than that but when i put brand new plugs in it will rev good intell the plugs turn black i think it running way to rich but i dont kno why it would be i got everything right i think

how do i delete a post

Did you switch the injector plugs around or swap the injector signal wires at the ecu? Have you checked it for boost leaks?

im pretty sure mine is wideband i kno this swap is suppose to be asy but of course i have made it difficult i want to type everything ive done so far but it would take a week to explain

no boost leaks and yes i have tryed every firing order and i did switch my fuel injecters to what magnus said was suppose to be right

Did you hook up the 2g mdp sensor off the intake to a vac line since the 6bolt doesnt have it?
Is you ignition timing set right by the cas?
boost leaks like stated above?
Lots of things could be the cause.

okay tommrow i will look into a wideband and no boost leaks firing order is correct and i did hook up the mdp does it matter what color cas i have

its very usless also which wire is it hooked up to on the o2 sensor to see if its even giving you any type of reading

get an innovate wideband on stmtuned good price very accurate 200 for them you will need to have it welded 36" from the turbo to get the most accurate reading alot of people just put it in the o2 sensor housing though

i cant remember my car is at my friends house im going over there tommrow i will gather all the information i can and get on tommrow night and post everything that i have done and take a couple pictures thank u guys very much i will post to this thread to keep it all together

If the firing order is right on the injectors and ignition, and no boost leaks i would suspect that your ignition timing is off, your cam timing is off, you have low compression or you have bigger injectors in there. Is the car throwing a check engine light?

thats the weird thing the service light is actually off and hasent came on at all and with dsms as everybody knows the service light is not shy just sayin
