Hey guys, before I go crazy and lose my mind, I look to ya'll for some help and advice. I have a 1997 Eclipse GST Spyder, and have the following mods so far:

Progress Springs w/ Akico Illumina Struts
2.5" TBE Exhaust with Magnaflow Race Series Muffler
AutoMeter Vacuum/Boost Gauge
Big 16G Turbo
Apexi SAFC 2
RC 550 cc Injectors
Dejon Manual Boost Controller
SSAutoChrome FMIC
Walbro 255 Fuel Pump

Now, from what I understand I still need to get a few more things installed to have the car at max HP with the mods I have listed. Can someone please direct me on what else I need? I want the car to be reliable, and I really need to save as much money as I can. Here is a few things I *think* I need

Wideband
AFR
Fuel Pressure Regulator

Can I buy the above 3 items, and take it to a shop to install and tune on a dyno? I want to know a little bit before I walk into the local shop, all they do is DSM and Evos. Plus the guy who did my install didn't tap the J pipe for the MBC, another thing they have to do.

Also side question: is every vacuum tube supposed to have vacuum? I can take a few off that have 0 air going through them from either direction.

$500 seems really expensive.

You don't use the 95 EPROM ECU. It is needed since it has an EPROM chip in it. This chip can be taken out and have a socket put in its place. Then, in this socket, goes the DSMlink chip. Tuning DSMlink is not hard. If you don't feel comfortable, you can post up on here or the link forums and there are plenty of people willing to help you out.

Wouldn't you rather know what's happening to your car when it's being tuned? This way if something goes wrong, you can fix it and not have to wait to bring it to a shop and pay more money.

Believe me that makes sense, but I'm not looking to mod this car anymore. So you say I don't use the 95 EPROM ECU, but I need it since it has the EPROM chip in it. I don't get it, I thought I'm gonna buy the 95 ECU, they'll solder on the connector, and I have my ECU I can sell off. No?
 
$500 to tune!?! Do they provide hookers while you wait? Because if not, that sounds like a RIP OFF!! Please some people get in here who know prices. Because if it really cost around 500... I am just going to buy DSMLink. Oh yea, and a hooker to help me tune...
 
It depends on how much setup is involved but $500 for a full tune including all the comp tables etc... On a load bearing dyno is not unreasonable at all
Just be glad you dont have a full stand alone as they can be much more time consuming and therefore costly!!

My bad, I think it just came out wrong.

You said you're not sure how to use the 95 EPROM. It is hard to explain why I said what I did, so I'll just go with the answer that yes, you will need one to run DSMlink.
 
Update: Went to the shop and the owner came out and looked at my car, went under the hood, made some changes, etc etc. He said he'll tune my car on the dyno with my AFC for $300. This way I can turn the boost up to 17-18 PSI as opposed to 15. So next week it's going in for a dyno tune. They said they'll use their own wideband and OBD 2 logger. Thanks for all the responses guys.
