piston head removel

ok so i bought new piston heads and i cant seem to remove the pin that holds the piston head and rod any help would be helpful

They are press fit, take them to a machine shop and have them remove the old pistons and install the new ones.

Yeah, hammering is a bad thing, I even screwed up 2 pistons on my first rebuild (small block Chevy) using map gas and a press. Nothing like learning the hard way!
