when installing my 3 quage pillar what kind of screws should i use, do i remove the stock one then drill it outside the car or while inside,

Would recommend overlaying the pod over the A-pillar trim and attaching it with something like a two part epoxy, or any other good glue. That way it will look neater. If glue is not an option then small wood screws will work. Try to find some with a dome head instead of counter sunk, they will hold plastic to plastic better. Even pop rivets would work, although won't look as clean.

As far as pre-drilling goes, position the pod on the pillar while in the car and mark it's position, or even tape it down using paper tape. Then remove the trim and drill it outside. Or place a vacuum cleaner nozzle near the hole you are drilling and go ahead and drill in the car.
