Performance tricks.

Im trying to figure out little trick to give me more performance out of my 6 bolt 4g. For example what should or can I use from a 2nd gen for my 1st gen. Any little tricks of the trade will help, or some advice.

OP why are you trying to pull parts off a 2g? Why not just get mods for YOUR car? An exhaust, intake, boost gauge and manual boost controller seem to be the starting point for most

About the only thing from a 2g that would give any benifit would be the mas and the trannys are a little better.

Running e85 entails more than just putting it in the tank. My car on stock everything, except fuel injectors, pump, and eprom chip trapped over 105 consistantly on e85.

The way you put it made it sound like the OP could just fix any oil leaks, do a compression test, boost leak test, change his belts and then dump in e85 ... Didnt want to steer him in the wrong direction and have to answer to his new "Why is my car running like this" thread next weekend
