performance ignition system questions

Which would be the better performance ignition system.
Ms3 w/ oem coil pack 4 tower, granatelli wires
Ms3 w/ msd coil pack 4 tower, granatelli wires
Ms3 w/ GM 2 tower coil pack, longer wires
Ms3 w/ diyautotune ign-1 inductive coils, longer wires

for 420a? stock coilpack and wires good for 450+whp.

and why ms3? how extensive your mods? I've built a few neons before and have used stock ecu w/ AEM FIC piggyback for 400+whp on e85

Forged btm end je eagle combo. Crower 2 na cams ss valves crower Spring ti-retainers and plans to run gtx3071r. I wanted ms3 so I would be able to grow and use all the different features as time passes and I learn more. As well as get rid of the fuel and ignition cut from the stock ecu.

I was under the impression that if I keep stock ignition then upgrade it later on that I would need an entirely new tune idle and all
