PCV valve

So when I bought this car there was no PCV valve on the valve cover so I ordered one online. The thing is, is that its not wide enough to even touch the threads. The part number is 045-0247 by Beck Arnley. I just want to know what PCV valve to get because I am having no luck

you can get pcv's from autozone they have the one you will need. its only like 5 bucks if that.

You may want to consider a check valve. But heres a pvc valve. I buy most of my parts from them. Not sure if this is important or not but are you using a mitsu valve cover?

What size fittings are on top? I would either get the one at extremepsi or jnztuning. You can try the auto parts if you want it quick.

okay, and whats up with my valve cover? ive never seen one with those purple knobs or any knobs at all.. I know that the wire cover is from injen but thats about it.. ( just bought car)

Welded on fittings for catch can more than likely

You should get another non modified valve cover if you want to run a pcv. Your valve cover has been modified with an fittings for a catch can setup it looks like the original holes for the pcv and the line to the intake have been filled in and new fittings welded on. The pcv is supposed to go on the back of the valve cover by where it says "16 Valve". It would probably be easier find another valve cover than to make that work.
