Welp, I'm puzzled. Looked under my hood the other day and notice the side of the PCV that goes to the intake is just... gone... There is no fitting coming out of the valve cover or anything, it just seems to have fallen out. I'm sure as hell hoping that the fitting on the valve cover didn't fall inside, but I'm sure I'd be able to hear if it did. Can I buy another fitting, or am I screwed? I'd just like to put a breather filter there and cap off the port on the intake pipe. Thanks!

You could do the filter thing or you could search more about pcv.

I am really surprised threads like these are still being created. Lacking pictures and all, makes us want to not even chime in on threads like this.

You have 600 post. I know this question can be answered thru searching. Did you want opinions or facts?

Because we are literally guessing if you don't even supply a picture. Not like we need it. Majority of people that know better are going to just post a link for you. Have a good morning.

The PCV nipple on the left-hand side presses in IIRC. You just need to yank one out of an old valve cover. I'm positive I have one laying around if you really need one.

I mean... uh... search ya noob! Because we all know it's such a heavily covered subject with them falling out all the time!! I might just have the nerve to post 20 sentences about it instead of writing 3 answering the question!!!

But seriously, don't cap it or put a filter on it. Route it to the intake once you figure it out.

cmon guys, i searched and i couldnt find anything about the stock fitting

Yea steve i believe ive told you NOT to put a filter on that. Go look in the engine and fuel tech and check out calan's dsm pcv setup article. Tells ya everything you need to know ;)
