PCV oil puking questions, short.

Is oil puked out thru the PCV valve into the intake manifold, pukes out thru the breather tube into the turbo inlet, or both?

Its a given that some oil will make its way into the intake manifold via the PCV but it mostly pukes out the breather on the side valve cover to the turbo inlet.

Neither should "puke" out oil. However, oily vapors are sucked from the valve cover through the PCV valve under vacuum (idle/cruise conditions) and burnt off. Under boost conditions the PCV valve should close and the oily vapors are evacuated through the valve cover vent into the intake track.

If the PCV valve is not functioning correctly, it will allow boost pressure to enter the valve cover area and if more pressure is introduced than the vent line can evacuate, it will find it's way out through the oil cap seal, spark plug well seals, or the valve cover gasket (or a combination of the above) thus creating a mess.
