palm issue

im having a problem with my palm. since i just got it a few weeks ago, im a newb at it but ive got it figured out for the most part.

but im having an issues with the mmcd program. i can go into the program but anything eles i try to do i get this "fatal exception" error. cant view logs, cant make new ones.

and on top of it all, i need it more then ever to figure out this crazy misfire im getting.

has anybody ever gotten this error, and if so what does it mean/what do i do to fix it?

try dumping the program and reinstalling it ,and if it keeps coming up then i would take a better look at your connections to see if something is loose or not connected. just a thought
