so i bough a 91 gs-t last month. i drove it for a few days and it overheated real bad and blew a head gasket. so i had the head machined and a new water pump. i just recently put the car back together and it still overheats. anyone have any ideas why it still overheats?

Check the thermostat, as state above, bleed the system please, and check the radiator it can be very clogged or corroded and not even doing its job and more.

always check the thermostat first, then check to see the fans are coming on. Also try checking the radiator cap, see if it's holding pressure.
