Overflowing out of overflow tank.

When I use my AC my overflow tank overflows onto the ground, the car runs fine isn't overheating isn't blowing smoke and passed a coolant pressure test( cap also passed ). The one thing I thought might be causing this is the fact that I don't have an AC fan on my radiator (removed for fmic piping). Could that be causing my coolant to get over pressurized when I use the AC. Any help would be great, thanks.

Yes you really need to have both fans on their especially with the crappy stock fans. How does your stock gauge sit? Does it push it out and such back in?

The gauge sits in the middle and when the car cools off the extra coolant gets sucked up, it only pushes coolant out when I use the AC for awhile. If I don't use AC it doesn't overfill. Also the car has never overheated.

The extra load is probably heating up the car but not overheating it. The stock gauge won't really move until you get above 220.
