Swaped a 6 bolt in my 2g and now its over heating.

Now before everyone says '"OMG YOU COULDVE JUST USED THE SEARCH BUTTON! "

here is what ive replaced:
Head gasket
Water pump
Radiator
Fans
thermostat

Checked all my lines for coolant leaks and have done a compression test everything checked out

Yup! Put a bottle over the top of tstat housing ran it for about 15-20the mins added coolant as neccessary

Also put in a thermostat cap and nothing

Have you verified that the fans are actually coming on? Is it heating up while sitting or while driving down the road? Are you sure that it is actually over heating and that the gauge isn't just off?

Well, Is your overheating problem during idle and sitting after a few minutes or increases automatically?
Check to see if your water pump is functioning properly first, by starting the car and removing the radiator cap, it should quickly start to pump it out. Double Check to make sure, your thermostat is functioning right, and not backwards or upside down, we all make mistakes! Then we can move on from there!

Water pump replaced and flowingthe thermostat double checked everything is good i have suspicions on the radiator also my engine as the last guy that had this car used water and not coolant

Bryanwheat- its over heats while idlling and gets worse when driving i had suspicions of my gauge then bought an auto meter temp gauge which read past the 250* mark

its boiling and dumping. the lower rad hose has no pressure while car is running. but the top does. i tried taking out the thermostat just incase it was that and it was not. then i checked my dip stick just double checking to see if i had coolant in there and i did not. inspected valve cover no coffe looking fluids im at a loss.

get the car up to temperture, grab the upper and lower hoses see if there is a huge difference in temp, if so you probably have a blockage. remember there will be some difference because it is hopefully cooled by the radiator.

You could have a piece of the casting broke off in the cylinder head clogging it up. I've rebuilt a few heads where there was hardly any flow because if this. I would pull the lower hose and thermostat and put a water hose to water neck on the head and see how well it flows thru the engine. If it isn't a blocked passage than you likely have a head gasket that is blown and pushing coolant out the cap. Most of the time on these cars you won't have oil mixed with water or water mixed with oil.
