Ok I have the mbc set at 15 psi with just a 190fp for fuel upgrades. I am still on the 14b. My idc's build up to over 100%. Isnt this kind of unheard of considering I have the 190fp and its not that high of boost. Would a boost leak be causing this. I am also getting 1 count of knock at about 3-4k and another around 5k, then it goes away. I am kind of set on the fact that it may be a boost leak. Does this seem reasonable.
-thanks

Well what else could it be? This is also on 94 octane. Also where is the link that shows you how to perform a boost leak test? Thank you

you put it on you turbo inlet and with a comperssor you fill your system(make sure someone sits in the car and checks the boost gauge, so that it wont go past 15-20 psi. im asuuming you have an after market unit.)and listen for leaks (hissing) around you IC pipes, TB, injector lower seals, etc anywhere it hisses

With my t25 and rewired stock pump the IDC gets up to 90% at 16-17psi dropping off, so with 14b 100% sounds normal.

-yeah but sometimes I get readings like 104%. I guess my real question is this a logger error or can the idc readings really be over 100%, and what could cause this?
-thank you

The Injectors can physically only do 100% IDC, but the ECU can still demand more fuel than that, therefore IDC's higher than 100%

-so what could be causing the ecu to demand more fuel like that. Could this be a boost leak like I previously stated?

I would bet you have a boost leak. At 15psi you shouldn't be seeing 100% idc's with the 14b, unless you have a very rich tune.
