What can be done with our transmissions to make each gear longer?

Like when I hear other cars they can stay in like 2nd or 3rd gear forever and I am switching gears so fast.

Maybe those other cars just dont have enough power to pull through a gear very fast...

Yeah, if you want to stay in each gear longer, just turn the boost down to 10psi then you'll be just like the other cars.
but seriously, the easiest way to add taller gearing is to use a bigger tire. EVO3 has a taller first gear, second gear is the same, and 3rd+4th are actually shorter.
