That may be true, but he prices are un-believable!! A 4 spider diff and a double syncro third? Thats crazy for 1200. To get a 4 spider diff from shep, it takes 1900 bucks. Not saying anything bad about shep thoug, all I have heard is good things.

Like many of the Colorado locals, I'm running a Jack tranny and I am totally satisfied with it.
-4 spider w/torrington
-2x synchro 2nd (and 3rd I think, I'd have to look up the paperwork)
-some magic about swapping in a 2G input shaft, again my memory is fading with my old age

When I had my tranny rebuilt, Jack did the rnr for the removal/installation. His service is great and he's a nice guy. I'd trust him to work on any part of my GVR-4, and that's saying a lot. His shop also built my engine. Kevin and Tyler are both top notch as well.

For anything DSM it's a no-brainer, Jack is the man.

Some advice, something Jack will likely tell you when you talk with him: if you're thinking of beating on your car spend the money on an upgraded rebuild. It's not fair to get a stock rebuild and then be unsatisfied when it starts grinding and such after a season of 12 sec passes and tons of launches.

well i am here in purblo colorado and have delt with jack many times. i runn a fully built ranny from jack and i made 520whp and i have not had any trouble with the tranny. i love it been driving on it now and racing it for the same tie and it has withstood the abuse i have given it and will ever give it. and jacks coustomer service is awesome if you want to learn or even watch hi whi he is working on the tranny he will let you. i have pictures of my befor and after build pictures while the tranny was going together if your interested.

Tell me about it. Jack's premium FWD rebuild incudes the Quaife ATB LSD. Which is the value rebuild minus the 4 spider + the LSD. Best price I've seen for the upgrades so far. . .
