Opinions needed...Please Help

Alright, I have been blowing exhaust manifold gaskets lately because I am afraid to tighten the studs to there full potential because I broke one off in the head not to long ago. I found this kit and was wondering what you guys thought and whether these would be able to be snapped when a good amount of force was applied.

the stud's breaking easily is mostly due to the reputed heating and cooling -
SS studs will withstand this more.
