Got a simple question I like to get your guys opinions on stuff because it helps be decide whats the best way.

Should I go with an open vented wastage or re-circulate it. I don’t think there is any performance gain either way but the open vented waste gate makes more sound and i am not sure that what I want or not what do you guys think in your opinion.

Op if you look on most vendors sites they have recirc kits most of them are using the new tial mvs or mvr waste gates and it will bolt up to the hot side of a mitsu flanged turbo other wise watch the classified for the old school slow boy manifold with the waste gate on the runner it will be a tial 2 bolt flange not the v band like mvs or mvr

I was not planning on using the internal gate on the stock turbo housing because the turbo i have dose not have the gate in it was taken out and the pivot hole welded shut. So it is prenatally open now.

So i suppose the easiest way to fix that is just get a o2 housing that has a external dump with a flange welded on it and bolt the wastegate on there. Then dump it from there

Go with a v-band wastegate. You'll definitely be glad you did down the road
