Yesterday i was pullin my block and taking the oil fliter assembly out. Well i took the oil fitler and then removed the bolt for it and noticed something that looked like paper inside the oil assembly. Now is this right?? Is there suppose to be some type of paper in there as kind of a filter or did something get wedged in there? Thanks

what kinda paper? was it thin? did it have writing on it? or was it construction paper? if it's thin it could be a filter but i thought that was what an oil filter was for

No its werid theres no writing or anything. Its stuffed in the opening that the big bolt screws too. Theres alot of it too like its been shoved in there. Looks almost like papertowel paper.
