I believe you can still buy things... you just can't sell for a while.

You have to get your useless reputation points up. So I guess whenever you feel you've made a useful post that helped someone, pm them like other people do to me and bug them to give you a rep point for it. That is the only way to become un-knoobish. Good luck.

Yeah, its cool and all, I have pm'd a few people about buying things, but I need to sell what I have inorder ot get new stuff I really really don't want to use ebay.

In order to sell, or just post in the "other" areas of tuners, you need to become a "registered member". To do this, you must have at least 50 posts. When you reach the 50 posts, a mod will look over your posts, and then determine if you should be bumped up to registered member, which is mostly a yes.

If your a rookie w/ less than 50 posts, then getting a few rep points for good posts will also get mods looking at you and possibly allowing you to become "registered" sooner.
