He stole my 285$!! He was in contact with me for a week till I sent him the cash no he is gone no return emails nothing. I guess it's kinda my fault cause I forgot to check his rating when I was talking to him he was up front and sounded honest after two days I said Sh&t I did not check his rating, so I did sure enough it sux A$$. So just wanted to let everyone know MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THERE RATING.. Any questions don't do it.

This is why you have to be on your toes with this subject. You should have checked before hand with this, if you did it through paypal, dispute it, if you sent a check, cancel it, money order, well, your out of luck... Just give it a little more time...

Sorry to hear that man yeah ALWAYS check the rating and if he was a new member then I also wouldnt of bought from him either.

Yea I paid with a credit card and through paypal, I called my card and paypal and I escalated the claim.. But yea a screwed up..

Well I had a similar thing happen to me...This guy had descent feedback and all but stiffed me on a BOV.....I did get the money back through paypal eventually...Be patient and calm with paypal and I'm sure it will work out....As for the seller....What goes around Comes around........

You are to use the Buyer/Seller Rating feature in the User Profile area, or use Vendors-Reviewed.com if you have a complaint about an individual. Anyone who buys or sells parts online takes a risk. We've done all we can to give you tips on how to minimize that risk. Our forums are not the place to try and point out frauds or publicly resolve a transaction. If you follow the suggestions in the link above, you should be okay. Use the Buyer/Seller Rating feature and handle the rest offline with the authorities and lawyers. Do not post "watch out for this person" threads in our forums. From time to time we'll go through the Buyer/Seller Ratings ourselves and will look for trends. If we find too many negative ratings for a particular member we may choose to ban them in the interest of keeping our community safer. We'll take care of it on our own though.
