don't buy from ssautochrome

i recently purchased a fmic kit from the ssac website. I paid through paypal and they sent me a reciept and an order invoice. I had not heard anything back from them in about a week and a half so i asked them for a tracking number and they replied saying they don't see where i placed an order. i sent an email back telling him that i paid through paypal and provided him with the order number that ssac had sent me after i made the purchase and this is the email that he sent back to me

OK GO TO WWW.PAYPAL.COM SIGN IN CLICK " HISTORY " TELL ME THE DATE AND THE ADDRESS YOU SENT PAYPAL TO

this is just ridiculous so i have filed a dispute with paypal just wanted to warn people about buying from this website i would do it off of ebay or a vendor on here even tho the website is only 265 shipped.

Did you do what they asked?

ssautochrome has not exactly had the highest reputation when it comes to quality but there are a number of other members who have had good experiences with them.

I would keep talking to them and try to get everything sorted out.

so i ordered the kit from a member on here much better i sent the payment at 9 at night and he had it shipped by 9 the next morning with a tracking number he also includes the two missing t clamps and a missing coupler he sells it for 290

i am not trying to support him or promote him i am just trying to let people know not to buy one from their direct website. instead i am trying to give them some place else where they can get the same product and not get ripped off

A: Plenty of people have bought SSAutochrome intercooler kits from ebay and have gotten them, installed them, and had good reviews of them.

B: Plenty of people have bought SSAutochrome turbo kits from ebay, have gotten them, and many of them have had parts that promptly failed within 1000 miles.

C: DSMTuners does not allow vendor feedback in the forums. Use the Vendors-Reviewed website for that.
