oil restrictor banjo bolt

In one of my previous posts I had an issue with my feed line so I got a oil filter housing ss feed to replace it. Now I understand its in my best interests to get an oil restrictor and found this banjo that looks like it acts as a restrictor rather then using an inline restrictor, seems like the easiest route so I want to get it. Does anyone have experience with using this banjo as a restrictor Turbo Oil Feed Banjo Bolt M12x1.25mm to 4AN 4G63T EVO 1-10 TD05HR TD05H 2mm Hole

a 2mm hole is .080 on my PTE turbo with journal bearings we use a .035 restrictor with no problems Vibrant sells an oil restrictor kit that would go on turbo to -4 line
